Who I Am — and Why I Do This Work
Marty Ortiz is a bilingual Co-Active Certified Professional Coach focused on helping young women navigate towards a more fulfilled life by uncovering rooted issues with self-esteem, lack of confidence, overwhelm and burnout.
Through a process of guidance and experiential learning, Marty’s students are able to ignite personal transformation. She provides a safe space where young women feel heard, understood and most importantly a space where they can be themselves.
With a business degree and over 7 years of serving as a professional Spanish interpreter, Marty leads with a well-rounded business-savvy approach to her student’s goals.

1:1 Coaching
Through a process of guidance and asking the right questions, Marty works with you to deepen your awareness and hone in on what is important to you. You’ll be able to make your own decisions to move forward and have access to what is truly possible for you.
By the end of the coaching process you will have gained a new sense of confidence, while navigating your normal/daily life, school and work demands.
Workshops for Organizations
Marty offers in-person workshops designed to build self-esteem and confidence. She customizes each workshop to suit the needs of each client. Workshop topics include:
- How to improve self-esteem to manage insecurities and avoid harsh self-criticism.
- Learn the power and benefits of loving and accepting yourself.
- Knowledge to respond to feelings of failure in a positive way to allow for continued action towards goals.
Keynote Speaking
Marty loves speaking in front of small and large audiences. Her keynote speeches are designed to inspire confidence and empower young women to achieve more and live happier, more fulfilled lives. Marty adapts her presentation to best suit client needs.
Keynote length can range from 20-45 minutes.
