Let’s talk about the version of you who’s tired of second-guessing herself.
The one who wants to feel sure, grounded, and confident, not just sometimes but consistently.
If that’s you, I’ve got the best strategy to help you get there: become a personal growth seeker.
Now before you roll your eyes, I get it.
No one teaches us this stuff growing up. Most of us weren’t raised hearing about “personal
growth” or “mindset.” We were taught to follow the rules, not follow what feels right.
I didn’t always get it either. I spent years doubting myself, waiting for confidence to just show up one day. But confidence doesn’t work that way. It’s not something you wake up with, it’s something you build by showing up for yourself over and over again.
So how do you start? Here’s where you can begin:
1. Read things that challenge the way you think. Personal growth books, articles, podcasts or anything that wakes you up a little. (You don’t have to agree with everything you read to grow from it.)
2. Get in rooms that inspire you.
Attend workshops, take online classes, go to networking events. Confidence grows in new spaces
not the ones that keep you comfortable.
3. Set goals that excite and scare you.
Clarity gives your confidence direction. Set goals that stretch you instead of drain you. And
remember, do it scared!
4. Journal to connect with yourself.
Even just writing down 3 things you’re proud of or grateful for can shift your energy and remind
you you’re doing better than you think.
5. Surround yourself with good people.
Find women who lift you up and support you.
6. Step outside your comfort zone.
Say yes to opportunities you’d normally talk yourself out of. You’ll surprise yourself with how capable you really are!
When you start investing in your growth, reading, learning, reflecting, and connecting you stop feeling stuck and start building a clearer vision for your future self.
You’ll notice your self-doubt doesn’t control your actions anymore. Self-trust does.
You’ll speak up more.
You’ll trust your own gut and opinion again.
And slowly, you’ll become the confident woman you’ve been visualizing all along.
So, which one of these are you going to start with?
