The BEST Strategy to Overcome Self-Doubt and Boost Confidence in Your 20’s

Are you a personal growth seeker yet?

I remember in my early 20’s I wasn’t even remotely seeking it because I didn’t know what it was. I’d never heard of it and my circle of friends weren’t talking about personal growth. I didn’t see confidence posts plastered all over the internet and social media. It just wasn’t something I knew about until later when someone introduced me and I dove deep into in.

If you’re in your 20’s, I’m gonna recommend you start being a personal growth seeker in whatever area you want to grow in. For me it was confidence. I was so insecure growing up and full of self-doubt and sadly never did much with my life in my 20’s. I was just going with the flow and following the crowd and never really feeling any joy or fulfillment. I know it doesn’t have to be that way for you!

The struggle is real with self-doubt and insecurities. I know you feel stuck, confused and like you’re the only one struggling.

The absolute best strategy to overcome the funk you are in is to seek out personal growth. Here are some ways you can begin your official position as a personal growth seeker:

  • **Read Books** Dive into books on personal development, self-help, psychology, and other topics that interest you. And even if they don’t, push through them because you will gain some great insight!
  • **Attend Workshops and Seminars/Webinars** Participate in workshops, seminars, and webinars that focus on personal growth and skill development.
  • **Set Goals** Set clear and realistic goals. They can be short-term or long-term as long as you have something to focus on.
  • **Keep a Journal** Regularly journal your thoughts and feelings. If this sounds overwhelming start with a simple gratitude journal- List 5 things you are grateful for daily.
  • **Seek Feedback** Ask for feedback from trusted friends, family, coaches or mentors to understand areas that need improvement.
  • **Embrace Challenges** Step out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges to stimulate personal growth.
  • **Network and Connect** Surround yourself with positive and like-minded young ladies who inspire and support your growth. Join associations, chambers or clubs.
  • **Take Online Courses** Take online courses and/or get certifications to learn new skills and improve your knowledge about topics that interest you. Get curious and go learn!
  • **Follow and Subscribe** To positive profiles, pages and channels. Inundate your scroll with leaders, motivational speakers and inspirational content for your daily boost of encouragement.
